Branching Out With Hope

Bread Of Life

Drive Through the Christmas Story.

The Bread of Life ministry serves local families and individuals in need with food and Christian fellowship and support. You can be part of this important ministry to help feed and encourage families and individuals in need.

Donations are accepted at any time and may be dropped off in the bin near the Route 9 entrance. Items such as tuna, peanut butter, pasta, pasta sauce, cereal , soup and other non-perishable goods are appreciated. Must be non-expired! For Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays we provide special meal packages where hams and turkeys are needed

COMMITMENT: Organize and package donations for distribution at a once a month gathering.

This outreach event has been happening for over 30 years! For two weekends in December thousands of people drive through our outdoor scenes and visit our indoor attractions where they experience the Christmas story and hear the Gospel message.

COMMITMENT: It takes hundreds of people (around 100 per evening) to make this happen, so all church attendees are strongly encouraged to be involved – there are many roles and a place for everyone!

Missions Committee

The Missions Committee is responsible for communications with our many individual missionaries and supported organizations. There is normally a once a year conference week in the Spring to emphasize missions.

Missions is an important part of our church. The Missions Committee strives to keep in touch with every supported individual on a regular basis. We also typically plan for one to three missions trips during the year, providing opportunities for the church body to get a taste of serving and helping communities in need. See the church bulletin or Events page for upcoming trips.

People can also donate directly to the Missions fund, beyond the 10% “tithe” from the general offerings which is dedicated to missions.
